Favorite Teams
Anyone who likes sports, either has a favorite team or a favorite player. Here's our list of favorite teams and players. When you visit our stores, please tell us who your favorite team and players are. We love to talk sports to our guests.
Favorite Football Team
Our favorite football team is the Dallas Cowboys. You'll know that, when you visit the store. As soon as you enter one of our stores, you'll see a large image of Tom Landry, one of the best sports coaches of all time. We attempt to immulate Tom Landry's style for perfection in our business everyday. Our other store shows a huge banner of Emmitt Smith, the NFL's all time leading rusher. His accomplishments may never be broken.
Favorite Basketball Team
We love the Lakers! There's a very old and strong tradition to win championships in Los Angeles. If I happen to be in the store and you're a fellow Lakers fan, you'll get an automatic discount.
Favorite Hockey Team
We like the Pittsburgh Penguins. The have great teamwork which has allowed for great success! Being born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, the Pirates and Steelers were more important and more successful than the Penguins, but that sure has changed over the years. The Penguins also sport the same colors as the other hometown favorites. The Penguins are a natural winner for ice play.
Favorite Baseball Team
I don't know what it is about those Padres, but I love that San Diego atmosphere and the entire city. They may not finish first alot, but I love those Padres! There are many fond memories of Ozzie Smith, Gaylord Perry, Dave Winfield, Tony Gwynn, and Randy Jones.
