Eat Kapampangan!
You have not been to Pampanga unless you have tried the food.
At Historic Camalig Restaurant (The Home of Armando's Pizza: "Ang Pambansang Pizza") try Doy’s Kapampangan pizza, topped with lungganisa (Kapampangan sausage), ebun buru (salted duck eggs), onions, and pickle relish; and Marco’s 3-Way pizza, topped with kesong puti, sun-dried
tomatoes rolled in olive oil, and a choice of tuyu, tinapa, and classic chicken adobo.
Since Angeles City is the birthplace of sisig, make sure you taste the original at Aling Lucing's. Authentic Kapampangan food is available at the following places: Cely’s Carinderia, Everybody’s Café, and 19Copung-Copung. If you want not just to taste but to experience the
Kapampangan lifestyle, visit Claude Tayag’s Bale Dutung, a by-appointment-only restaurant.
At the Bayanihan Park area, there is a kambingan row where one can try a
wide variety of goat meat dishes.
