All walk-in store item purchased carry a guarantee that they are 100% original products as the same as our online orders. On pre-owned golf clubs or collectibles are sold on an AS IS basis. If you break a golf club due we can replace the shaft at minimal cost within 30 days of purchase. However, you will shoulder all costs related to shipping expenses.
All online orders must pay shipping costs. There are no refunds on items mailed or exchanges for incorrect sizes. All online orders cancelled prior to shipping have a 5-10% restocking charge. Shipping options will be mailed to you.
Prior to mailing, we take a photo and give details about the product. For example, if we see a golf club that needs a new grip, we will inform you of that prior to sending. In all cases, its better to write to us first before you purchase to make sure we have the item(s) in stock and ready to go.
Any customer chargebacks or claims after payment and items mailed will be barred from future orders.
